Nine loving grandchildren Jaymie, Heather, Christopher, Jennifer, Michael, Adam, Bradley, Carly and Natalie... Thirteen great-grandchildren ranging in age from 15 years to 20 months. She had a truly blessed life, most of it healthy and comfortable. Her family was her life. Although generations separated them, there was an undeniable connection she had with them. The relationships were beautiful!
There were many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends whose lives were made better by simply knowing her.
She was born in Fairlawn and spent her early years in Fairlawn and Paterson. She attended Eastside High School in Paterson. At a very early age she met her husband Angelo, the man she shared most of her life with. They married after he returned from WWII and remained married nearly 60 years until his death in 2006.
Most of her life was spent devoted to family matters and raising her children. She played a huge role in the lives of her extended family members throughout her entire life. When the youngest child grew older, she began a career in women’s clothing where she worked for many years. In 1977 she and her husband moved from Paterson to North Haledon where she remained until her death.
She was an active member of the North Haledon Golden Age Club and an active member of the world renowned Deborah Hospital Foundation.
