Ferguson, Albert, age 70, of Hawthorne, on Sunday, December 1, 2019.
Born and raised in Paterson, Albert later became a resident of North Haledon where he had resided for most of his life before moving to Hawthorne five years ago. A super market general manager, Albert also owned and operated a Carvel Ice Cream in New Milford.
Albert Ferguson was the beloved husband of Anne (nee Gulizia) Ferguson. Loving father of Albert Scott Ferguson and his wife Lauren of Waldwick, Patrick David Ferguson and his wife Sarah of Hawthorne, and Michael Robert Ferguson and his wife Heather of Bedminster. Grandfather of Natalie, Megan, Owen, and William.
Cremation will take place privately. A funeral service will be held at 12:30pm on Friday, December 6, 2019 at the Browning-Forshay Funeral Home, 557 Lafayette Avenue, Hawthorne. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday from 12:00 - 12:30pm.
